门冬胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病患者的疗效及对血糖和母婴结局影响

摘　　要：目的 妊娠期糖尿病患者在治疗过程中,应用门冬胰岛素治疗,探究其疗效及对血糖、母婴结局的影响。方法 回顾性分析2021年1月-2022年1月期间,临沂市兰山区人民医院产检的妊娠期糖尿病患者80例临床资料,将其分为两组。其中40例纳入对照组,应用常规干预疗法,40例纳入观察组,在对照组基础上增加门冬胰岛素治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果 治疗后,观察组血糖及血脂代谢指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组HOMA-IR、HOMA-β指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组IL-6、TNF-α、C反应蛋白指标水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组MDA、SOD等指标水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良妊娠结局低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在治疗妊娠期糖尿病,应用门冬胰岛素药物治疗,效果显著,值得推广。Objective To investigate the efficacy and effects on glycemia and maternal and infant outcomes of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus treated with menthol insulin during the treatment process.Methods The clinical data of 80 cases of gestational diabetes in the period from January 2021 to January 2022 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into two groups.Among them,40 cases were included in the control group,where conventional intervention therapy was applied,40 cases were included in the observation group with the addition of menthol insulin therapy on the basis of the control group,to compare the treatment effects between the two groups.Results Blood glucose and lipid metabolism indexes were better in the observation group than the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).HOMA-IR and HOMA-βindex levels were better in the observation group than the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).IL-6,TNF-ɑand C-reactive protein index levels were lower in the observation group than the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group of levels of MDA and SOD were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group of incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus,the application of menthol insulin drug therapy is effective and worth promoting.
