摘 要:目的观察食品交换份法对糖尿病肾病患者营养状况的作用分析。方法选取三明市第二医院2020年6月—2021年12月收治的诊断为糖尿病肾病的患者70例为研究对象,以随机数表法分为两组,每组35例。对照组开展常规营养指导,研究组在对照组的基础上开展食品交换份法。比较两组患者干预前、后的血糖指标、营养指标及免疫功能指标,评价患者对干预的满意度。结果治疗前,两组血糖指标、营养指标及免疫功能指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组血糖指标(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖)低于对照组,营养指标(血清白蛋白、血红白蛋白)及免疫功能指标(IgG、IgM)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病肾病患者中,实施食品交换份法相对于常规营养指导可明显改善血糖指标水平,改善营养指标及免疫功能,获得较高的患者满意度,效果理想。Objective To observe the effect of food exchange portion method on nutritional status of diabetic nephropathy patients.Methods Seventy patients diagnosed with diabetic nephropathy admitted to the Second Hospital of Sanming City from June 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nutrition guidance,and the research group carried out food exchange portion method on the basis of the control group.Blood glucose indexes,nutritional indexes and immune function indexes were compared between the two groups before and after intervention,and evaluatel patients'satisfaction with intervention.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose,nutritional and immune function indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the blood glucose indexes(fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprantal blood glucose)of the research group were lower than those of the control group,and the nutritional indexes(serum albumin,hemoglobin albumin)and immune function indexes(IgG,IgM)were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In diabetic nephropathy patients,compared with conventional nutritional guidance,the implementation of food exchange method can significantly improve the level of blood glucose index,improve the nutritional index and immune function,and obtain a higher satisfaction rate of patients,with ideal effect.
