5E护理管理模式配合人文关怀对糖尿病足患者自我效能及并发症风险的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析5E护理管理模式配合人文关怀对糖尿病足患者自我效能及并发症风险的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2022年1月如东县人民医院收治的100例糖尿病足患者为研究方向,按照入院的先后顺序将其分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取5E护理管理模式配合人文关怀,比较两组自我效能,观察其情绪状态,统计两组并发症。结果观察组饮食、运动、药物、疾病检测、足部护理和急症处理评分分别为(21.54±3.54)分、(12.43±3.77)分、(13.47±4.16)分、(12.74±4.61)分、(17.81±5.04)分、(15.03±3.77)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组能力评分、消极情绪调整、应对变化受度、控制度和精神支柱评分分别为(13.65±3.12)分、(14.26±3.16)分、(15.41±2.55)分、(15.22±2.74)分、(15.66±3.45)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论5E护理管理模式配合人文关怀用于糖尿病足患者的护理中可以提升患者自我管理效能,改善患者情绪状态,对于控制并发症具有积极作用,值得推广使用。Objective To analyze the effects of 5E nursing management mode combined with humanistic care on selfefficacy and complication risk of diabetic foot patients.Methods 100 patients with diabetes foot who were admitted to Rudong County People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of admission,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received a 5E nursing management model combined with humanistic care.The self-efficacy of the two groups was compared,the emotional state was observed,and the complications of the two groups were counted.Results The scores of diet,exercise,medicine,disease detection,foot care and emergency management in the observation group were(21.54±3.54)points,(12.43±3.77)points,(13.47±4.16)points,(12.74±4.61)points,(17.81±5.04)points and(15.03±3.77)points,respectively,higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ability score,negative emotion adjustment,response to changes,control,and mental support score of the observation group were(13.65±3.12)points,(14.26±3.16)points,(15.41±2.55)points,(15.22±2.74)points,and(15.66±3.45)points,respectively,higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication scores of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 5E nursing management model combined with humanistic care in the nursing of patients with diabetic foot can improve the self-management efficiency of patients,improve the emotional state of patients,has a positive effect on the control of complications,the promotion and use of value.
