围术期护理在糖尿病下肢血管病变介入治疗中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析针对糖尿病下肢血管病变患者实施介入治疗期间采用围术期综合护理的临床效果。方法选取2021年5月—2022年7月莆田学院附属医院行介入治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变患者84例,A组(围术期综合护理)42例,B组(常规介入治疗护理,本文简称常规护理)42例,比较术后恢复效率、血糖控制情况、并发症发生率、生活质量。结果恢复效率比较,A组溃疡、下肢麻木和发凉情况较快消失,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血糖控制比较,A组FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c指标显著低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);并发症发生率比较,A组2.38%(1/42)低于B组19.05%(8/42),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.962,P=0.014);生活质量比较,A组(79.56±7.25)分高于B组(70.08±8.16)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.341,P=0.005)。结论实施围术期综合护理可促进糖尿病下肢血管病变患者介入治疗后快速恢复,血糖控制效果和并发症预防效果显著,提高患者生活质量,应用效果显著。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of using comprehensive perioperative nursing care during interventional treatment for patients with diabetic lower limb vasculopathy.Methods 84 patients with diabetic lower limb vasculopathy undergoing interventional treatment in the Putian College Affiliated Hospital were selected from May 2021 to July 2022.42 cases were in group A(comprehensive perioperative care)and 42 cases in group B(conventional interventional care,referred to as conventional care in this paper).Postoperative recovery efficiency,glycemic control,complication rate,and quality of life were compared.Results For the comparison of recovery efficiency,ulcers,numbness and chills in lower limbs disappeared faster in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).For comparison of blood glucose control,the FPG,2 hPG,and HbA1c index in group A were significantly lower than those in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Complication rate was lower in group A 2.38%(1/42)than in group B 19.05%(8/42)when comparing complications,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.962,P=0.014).For quality of life comparison,group A(79.56±7.25)points was higher than group B(70.08±8.16)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.341,P=0.005).Conclusion Implementation of comprehensive perioperative care can promote rapid recovery after interventional treatment in patients with diabetic lower extremity vasculopathy.The effect of blood glucose control and complication prevention was significant,and the application was effective in improving patients'quality of life.
