护患互动达标护理对妊娠期糖尿病患者知信行改善程度及身体意象的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨护患互动达标模式干预对妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)患者知信行改善程度及身体意象的影响。方法选取2019年5月—2022年5月江苏省建湖县人民医院收治的86例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为常规组和研究组,每组43例。常规组采用常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上联合护患互动达标护理。对比两组的糖代谢指标、患者认知水平、身体意象情况。结果干预后,与常规组相比,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白指标更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,与常规组相比,研究组孕妇身体意象量表(BIPS)分数更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,与常规组相比,研究组糖尿病知识量表(ADKnowl)分数更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者运用护患互动达标护理模式干预后的效果显著,能够促进孕妇身体意象的提升,增加妊娠期糖尿病患者对病情的认知水平,改善生活水平。Objective To investigate the effect of nurse-patient interaction model intervention on the degree of improvement of knowledge,belief and behavior and body imagery of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)patients.Methods 86 patients with gestational diabetes admitted to Jianhu County People'S Hospital of Jiangsu Province from May 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the routine group and the study group,with 43 cases in each group.The routine group used conventional nursing.The study group combined nurse patient interaction standard nursing on the basis of conventional nursing.The glucose metabolism indexes,cognitive level of patients and body image scale of pregnant women were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,compared with the routine group,the indexes of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the study group were lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,compared with the routine group,the score Of The Body in Pregnancy Image scale(BIPS)of pregnant women in the study group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,compared with the conventional group,the study group had higher scores on Diabetes Knowledge Scale(ADKnowledge),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of nurse-patient interaction standard nursing intervention for gestational diabetes mellitus patients is significant,which can promote the promotion of patients'body image in pregnancy,increase the cognitive level of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus and improve their living level.
