北方近代工业遗产建筑的加固修缮技术研究

摘　　要：以济南成丰面粉厂加固修缮项目为背景工程,对北方地区近代工业遗产建筑的加固修缮技术进行研究,重点介绍了北方地区工业遗产建筑的独特结构特性、毛石墙裙加固修缮施工技术、砖墙加固及外墙拉毛饰面修复技术、墙体巴洛克风格元素修缮技术,形成了工业遗产建筑砖石墙体加固和历史风貌复原修复关键技术,提高了工业遗产建筑的结构强度和承重能力,实现了工业遗产建筑的原始历史风貌修复。Taking the reinforcement and repair project of Jinan Chengfeng Flour Factory as the background project,the reinforcement and repair technology of modern industrial heritage buildings in the northern region is studied,focusing on the unique structural characteristics of industrial heritage buildings in northern China,the reinforcement and repair construction technology of rubble dado,the reinforcement and repair technology of brick wall and exterior wall roughened finish,and the repair technology of wall Baroque elements.The key technologies of masonry wall reinforcement and historical style restoration and restoration of industrial heritage buildings are formed,the structural strength and load-bearing capacity of industrial heritage buildings are improved,and the original historical style restoration of industrial heritage buildings is realized.
