摘  要:既有建筑狭窄区域的改造施工困难且不易把控质量,为解决构件拆除时满堂支撑架搭设不便、保证楼板完整、梁增大截面模板搭设、灌浆料裂纹控制等难题,研究提出预应力支撑、梁上部钢筋下移、吊模、灌浆料掺钢纤维及铺设钢丝网等技术,使改造加固得以安全可靠地实施,不仅缩短了工期,更极大地减少了措施成本,对同类工程具有一定的参考价值。It is difficult to control the quality of reconstruction construction in the narrow area of existing buildings.In order to solve the problems such as inconvenient erection of full-hall supporting frame during component removal,ensuring the integrity of floor slabs,erection of formwork with enlarged section of beam,crack control of grouting material,etc.,the technologies such as pre-stressed support,downward movement of reinforcement at the upper part of beam,hanging formwork,mixing of steel fiber with grouting material and laying of steel mesh are studied and put forward,so that the reconstruction and reinforcement can be carried out safely and reliably,which not only shortens the construction period,but also greatly reduces the cost of measures.It has certain reference value for similar projects.
