摘　　要：为保证超高层建筑特殊造型外立面幕墙的施工质量与安全,以杭州中国人寿大厦外幕墙施工为实践案例,在分析工程中直立面与斜面单元幕墙结构特点的基础上,提出采用由车身、吊装系统和支撑杆组成的自制式移动炮车进行单元幕墙安装施工的措施。介绍了新型移动炮车的构造组成、安装及布置情况,重点阐述了基于该新型移动炮车的超高层幕墙单元体吊装关键技术,最终实现了预期的超高层建筑幕墙安装效果,为类似超高幕墙项目提供了一种新的安装方案。To ensure the construction quality and safety of the exterior curtain wall with special shape of super high-rise buildings,taking the construction of the exterior curtain wall of Hangzhou China Life Tower as a practical case,based on the analysis on the structural characteristics of the vertical and inclined unit curtain wall in the project,the measures for the installation and construction of the unit curtain wall are proposed by the self-made mobile beam carrier composed of the body,the hoisting system and the supporting rods.The structural composition,installation and layout of the new mobile beam carrier are introduced,and the key technology of the hoisting of super-high wall units based on the new mobile beam carrier is focuses on.Finally,the expected installation effect of the super-high building curtain wall is achieved,and a new installation scheme for similar super-high wall projects is provided.
