摘　　要：商丘体育场罩棚钢结构为马鞍形大悬挑空间管桁架结构,对罩棚钢结构关键施工技术进行相关研究,具体包括了施工区域划分、钢结构地面拼装、三维扫描预拼装、钢结构分段吊装、钢结构合拢和支撑架卸载等方面,并对施工全过程进行了数值模拟分析。最终在确保了罩棚钢结构顺利安装的同时,实现了安装施工的高效性、安全性以及经济性。总结的经验可供今后类似工程参考。The canopy steel structure of Shangqiu Stadium is a saddle-shaped large cantilever space pipe truss structure.The key construction technologies of the canopy steel structure are studied,including the construction area division,steel structure ground assembly,3D scanning pre-assembly,steel structure sectional hoisting,steel structure closure and support frame unloading,and the whole construction process is analyzed by numerical simulation.At last,the efficiency,safety and economy of the installation and construction are realized while ensuring the smooth installation of the canopy steel structure.The experience summarized can be used as reference for similar projects in the future.
