摘　　要：结合施工企业技术质量管理实际,剖析建筑施工企业三级子公司企业工程项目质量创优现状,识别质量创优关键因素和重难点,从质量目标确定、质量创优策划和创优实施过程控制等方面进行了思考,提出了具体的对策措施和管理策略,以期为施工企业质量创优工作的开展提供参考。Combined with the actual situation of technical quality management of construction enterprises,the current situation of quality excellence creation of construction projects of the tertiary subsidiaries of construction enterprises is analyzed,the key factors and key and difficult points of quality excellence creation are identified,the determination of quality objectives,quality excellence creation planning and quality excellence creation implementation process control are carefully considered,and the specific countermeasures and management strategies are put forward,so as to provide reference for the quality excellence creation work of construction enterprises.
