摘 要:中厚煤层是我国煤炭分布的主要存在形式,也是相对易开采煤层。随着煤矿高产高效的发展,对采煤机的功率提出了更高的要求,而煤层厚度限制了三机设备的尺寸,采煤机摇臂需要在尺寸不变的前提下加大功率,使得摇臂发热功率增大,这就要求摇臂有更好的散热效率。本研究从减小发热功率、增大散热面积、增加冷却方式等几方面对摇臂冷却做分析和试验,在实际应用中取得了良好的效果,并可推广应用。Medium thick coal seam is the main form of coal distribution in our country,and it is relatively easy to mine.With the development of high yield and high efficiency of coal mine,higher requirements are put forward for the power of shearer,and the thickness of coal seam limits the size of the three machines.The rocker arm of shearer needs to increase the power under the premise of the same size,so that the heating power of the rocker arm increases,which requires the rocker arm to have better heat dissipation efficiency.Taking MG750/1980-WD shearer as an example,this researchd studies rocker arm cooling from the aspects of reducing heating power,increasing cooling area and increasing cooling mode,etc.Good results have been achieved in practical application,and can be extended to other models.
