第二届亚洲杯中国男篮攻防能力的分析与启示

摘　　要：本文运用致和比综合评价法,从两分球命中率、三分球命中率、罚球命中率、有效命中率、进攻篮板、助攻、失误、防守篮板、抢断、盖帽、犯规、失分等十二个方面,对第二届男篮亚洲杯各参赛球队的攻防实力进行分析评价,旨在为中国男篮备战2023世界杯提供参考。研究结果:中国队进攻RSR值为0.63,等级为B级;防守RSR值为0.49,等级为C级;攻防RSR值为0.6,等级为C级。本届亚洲杯的最终排名与攻防RSR值呈显著相关。通过中国队与其他参赛球队对比数据研究以及录像观察发现,中国男篮存在的主要问题是:失误数太高、犯规困扰、防守质量差、投篮犹豫不果断、身体对抗能力较弱等。建议:①加强中国男篮的对抗适应,减少失误;②实现运动训练科学化,系统提高体能水平;③增加中远距离投篮选择,提高外线投射自信;④树立战术典型,提高战术成功率;⑤加快内线防守脚步训练,提高协防能力。This paper mainly uses the comprehensive evaluation method of Zhihebi to analyze and evaluate the offensive and defensive ability of the teams participating in the second Asian Men’s Basketball Cup from the following 12 aspects:the two-point shot hit rate,the three-point shot hit rate,the free throw hit rate,the effective hit rate,the offensive rebound,the assists,the mistakes,the defensive rebound,the steals,the blocks,the fouls,and the points lost,in order to provide a reference basis for the preparation of the Chinese men’s basketball team for the 2023 World Cup.The results show that the RSR value of the Chinese team’s attack is 0.63,and the grade is B;The defensive RSR value is 0.49,and the level is C;The attack and defense RSR value is 0.6,and the level is C.The final ranking of this Asian Cup is significantly related to the attack and defense RSR value.Through the comparative data research and video observation between the Chinese team and other participating teams,it is found that the Chinese men’s basketball team mainly has the following problems:the number of mistakes is too high,the fouls are troubled,the defense quality is poor,the shooting is indecisive,the physical resistance is poor,and so on.The following suggestions are given:strengthen the adaptation of the Chinese men’s basketball team and reduce mistakes;realize scientific sports training and systematically improve the level of vitality;increase the choice of medium and long distance shooting and improve the confidence of outside shooting;set up the tactical model and improve the tactical success rate;accelerate the pace training of internal defense and improve the ability of cooperative defense.
