推动我国健身休闲产业高质量发展的路径选择

摘　　要：伴随着体育产业的蓬勃发展,健身休闲产业规模逐渐得到扩大。本文以多元化体育需求为背景,调研分析我国健身休闲产业发展现状,探究健身休闲产业高质量发展对策。结果表明:健身休闲产业在内外部因素共同作用下,存在产品供给低效、产业结构失衡、基础设施匮乏和专业人才缺失等问题。对策建议:坚持从供给端入手,保证健身休闲产业结构高级化、合理化,加快产业融合与专门性人才培养,以此推动健身休闲产业高质量发展。The fitness and leisure industry is an important part of the overall development of the sports industry.Based on the diversified sports demand of people,combined with the reality of the development of China’s fitness and leisure industry,this paper explores the countermeasures for the development of fitness and leisure industry.The survey found that under the combined action of internal and external factors,the fitness and leisure industry has problems such as inefficient product supply,imbalance of industrial structure,lack of infrastructure and lack of professional talents.The paper proposes to adhere to the supply side,ensure the advanced and rational structure of the fitness and leisure industry,and accelerate industrial integration and specialized talent training,so as to promote the high-quality development of the fitness and leisure industry.
