体育强国视域下我国奥运冠军档案资源建设面临的发展契机分析

摘　　要：以体育强国战略为视角分析我国奥运冠军档案资源建设面临的契机,借助PEST分析模型,分别从政治政策、经济环境、社会文化氛围、技术支撑四个维度展开具体分析,结果表明:该项工作既面临机遇也面临挑战,需集合多方力量联合发力。建议:从顶层设计、资金保障、气氛营造和舆论引导、技术创新和应用等四个方面进行突破,以此充分发挥奥运冠军档案资源在体育强国战略中的重要作用。From the perspective of the strategy of building a sports power,this article analyzes the opportunities faced by China’s Olympic champion archive resource construction.Using the PEST analysis model,specific analysis is conducted from four dimensions:political policy,economic environment,social and cultural atmosphere,and technical support.It is concluded that this work faces both opportunities and challenges.It is necessary to combine multiple forces to work together.Suggestion:Breakthroughs should be made from four aspects:top-level design,financial support,atmosphere creation and public opinion guidance,technological innovation and application,in order to fully leverage the important role of Olympic champion archive resources in the sports power strategy.
