摘　　要：足球运动员在运动和训练过程中最常见的损伤是膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA),当前对KOA的治疗方式有药物治疗、物理治疗和手术治疗等。根据近年流行病学研究,越来越多的证据表明抗阻训练可以改善KOA患者的关节疼痛僵硬、关节功能障碍和肌无力等问题。在物理治疗的临床工作中,治疗师通常会运用一种血液限制而保持恒定运动速度的肌力抗阻训练方法对骨科术后患者、老年人等这些难以进行高强度训练的患者进行治疗。足球运动员膝关节损伤的主要原因多是由于其长时间进行极端压力的运动、快速的启动与制动而导致。因此,本文以足球运动员为对象研究其KOA发病原因,对其实施相应的抗阻训练干预,旨在为进一步研究膝关节骨关节炎及其临床治疗方法提供参考。Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is the most common injury in soccer players during sports and training.Current treatments for KOA mainly include medication,physical therapy,and surgery.According to recent epidemiological studies,there is increasing evidence that resistance training can improve joint pain,stiffness,functional impairment,and muscle weakness in KOA patients.In clinical practice,therapists usually apply a muscle strength resistance training method that restricts blood flow and maintains a constant exercise speed to treat patients who cannot perform high-intensity training,such as post-orthopedic surgery patients and the elderly.The main cause of knee joint injury in soccer players may be the extreme pressure of prolonged exercise and rapid acceleration and deceleration.Therefore,this article focuses on soccer players as the main research object to study the etiology of KOA,implement corresponding resistance training interventions,and provide a reference for further research and clinical application of KOA in knee joints.
