摘 要:本文利用体育学相关理论,从运动解剖学的视角分析浑圆桩功动作中下关节与肌肉的结构特征与功能性状。主要采用文献资料、访谈、逻辑分析等研究方法,在归纳浑元桩功动作和要求的基础上对其进行解剖学动作分析,利用环节受力分析法寻找原动肌,进而探索不同肌群、骨骼方面的开发、整合以及所展现的运动功能。研究结果:在浑圆桩功动作姿势下,存在不同肌群作用下关节的对立牵拉效应、不同时间负荷下肌群动员的差异性、弧形结构下肌力的再分配过程,以及肌肉收缩形式的多向性。结论:浑圆桩功动作姿势使人体肌肉和骨骼相互作用与配合,不仅可以激活系统肌群,提高肌肉力量与躯干稳定性等运动能力,而且在实际应用中可以形成有效的承力与发力间架结构,这种结构的整合与肌力的合理分配符合传统武术技击和健身需求。建议:浑圆桩功练习过程中,要注意习练目的与方式之间的联系,遵循局部与整体的辩证统一,通过量变到质变的层层递进,达到事半功倍的效果。This paper aims to analyze the structural characteristics and functional traits of joints and muscles under the movement requirements of Hunyuan Pile from the perspective of sports anatomy,using the relevant theories of kinesiology.Literature review,interview,and logical analysis methods were used in the study.The anatomical movement analysis was performed on the basis of summarizing the movements and requirements of Hunyuan Pile,and the link force analysis was used to find the prime movers,and then to explore the development and integration of different muscle groups and skeletal aspects as well as the demonstrated motor functions.Results:The opposing pulling effect of joints under the action of different muscle groups,the variability of muscle mobilization under different temporal loads,the redistribution process of muscle force under the curved structure,and the multi-directionality of muscle contraction forms were found in the Hunyuan Pile movement posture.Conclusion:Hunyuan pile posture makes human muscles and bones interact and cooperate with each other,which not only can activate the system muscle groups,improve muscle strength and trunk stability and other motor ability,but also form an effective force-bearing and force-emitting interframe structure in practical application.The integration of the structure and the reasonable distribution of muscle force meet the needs of traditional martial arts techniques and fitness.In the process of Hunyuan pile practice,practitioners should pay attention to the link between the purpose and methods,follow the dialectical unity between the local and the whole,through the quantitative change to qualitative change of the layers of progression,in order to achieve twice the result with half the effort.
