摘 要:我国城市旧居住区改造项目存量巨大,为应对此类项目风险复杂且缺乏专业风险管理体系的问题,基于对城市旧居住区改造项目风险管理相关研究成果的总结,充分考虑我国城市旧居住区改造项目的特征,系统整理城市旧居住区改造项目的风险指标,运用熵权法和模糊综合评价法构建城市旧居住区改造项目风险管理评估体系。并选取岳阳市郭亮片区改造项目对建立的评估体系进行验证,填补了现有针对城市更新项目风险管理的研究不足,为提升我国城市旧居住区改造项目的风险管理水平提供科学参考。This research aims to deal with the problem of complex risks and the lack of a professional risk management system for such projects.Based on a literature review of relevant studies,this research systematically organized the risk indicators of urban old residential transformation projects considering the characteristics of urban old residential transformation projects in China.The entropy weight method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were used to build an urban old residential transformation project risk management evaluation system.The risk management evaluation system of urban old residential area renovation projects was constructed by using hierarchical analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The evaluation system was validated through a case study of the Guo Liang area renovation project in Yueyang City,which flled the gap of existing research on risk management of urban renewal projects and provided scientific reference for improving the risk management level of urban old residential area renovation projects in China.
