摘　　要：作为一种组织在不确定环境下积极准备、适应并快速恢复的能力,组织韧性将有助于其成功应对难以预期的风险与危机事件。利用来自建设项目合作网络的样本数据,实证检验项目合作网络特征、组织韧性与风险管理绩效间的影响机理。结果表明:网络密度、关系强度与共享愿景均对组织韧性具有驱动作用,且共享愿景的作用最强;主动性与反应性维度组织韧性均有助于风险管理绩效提升,且反应性韧性效应更显著;反应性韧性在网络密度与风险管理绩效之间起到间接中介作用,在共享愿景与风险管理绩效之间起完全中介作用。Organizational resilience,which reflects organizations'ability to proactive preparedness and adaptation and quickly bounce back under an uncertain environment,will enable organizations to deal with unexpected risks and crises successfully.The influence mechanisms among project cooperation network characteristics,organizational resilience,and risk management performance were empirically tested by applying the sample data from construction project cooperation networks.The results indicated:(1)Network density,relational intensity,and shared vision all will drive the development of organizational resilience,with shared vision having the strongest effect;(2)Both proactive and reactive dimensions of organizational resilience will help improve the project risk management performance,and the effects of reactive resilience are more obvious;(3)Reactive resilience has a partial mediation effect between network density and risk management performance,and it has a full mediation effect between shared vision and risk management performance.
