摘 要:采用普通分辨率编码器的永磁同步电机在低速运行时会产生位置与转速检测的不精确现象。针对该问题,提出一种基于移动平均最小二乘法(least squares method,LSM)的永磁同步电机位置与转速检测方法。首先,分析传统移动LSM位置与转速检测误差的产生原因,在此基础上提出移动平均LSM位置与转速检测算法。当电机稳态运行时,采用移动采样窗口求取位置基函数;针对采样点不足的问题,通过扩大采样窗口增加采样点,提升位置基函数的计算准确性;在电机起动时,采用动态采样窗口对位置与转速进行检测,提升电机初始运行阶段的位置与转速检测精度。在11.7kW永磁同步电机驱动平台中的实验结果验证了该方法的有效性。Inaccurate detection of position and speed of a permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)with ordinary-resolution encoder may occur at low speed.A low-speed position and speed detection algorithm of PMSM based on moving-average least square method(LSM)is proposed.Based on the detection principle of traditional moving LSM,the reason of estimation error when the speed rises is analyzed.On this basis,a moving-average LSM position and speed detection algorithm is proposed.When the motor operates in stable state,the position basis function is calculated by extending the sampling window.Aiming at the problem of insufficient sampling points,the accurate position basis function is obtained by increasing sampling points to expand the sampling window.When the motor starts,the position and speed are estimated by dynamic window to increase the detection accuracy of the position and speed.Experimental results on the 11.7kW PMSM drive platform demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
