摘 要:候气理论有3种表现:候气应人、候气辨证、候气疗疾。人与天地互参互应,可通过候天地自然之气感应到人的生命规律从而指导人们的生活与运动劳作,即候气应人;又通过晓知人身受邪的不同,辨别病位、病性、病机等帮助辨证,此为候气辨证;在中医针灸文献中则提到,针下之气有进针前、进针后及出针前的不同,通过感知、辨别针下之气的不同,采用不同的针刺手法,以达到驱邪扶正的目的,此为候气疗疾。通过对候气理论的深入分析,对提高中医辨证和针刺临床疗效具有重要指导意义。The theory of qi-awaiting includes three parts:Qi-awaiting responding to human,distinguish the type of syndrome by qi-awaiting,and qi-awaiting to cure disease.Humans interact with the heaven and the earth,and the laws of life can be sensed by the qi of the heaven and the earth to guide people's exercise and work,that is the qi-awaiting responds to people;Due to the difference in the pathogenesis of human beings,it is helpful to distinguish the location,nature and pathogenesis of the disease to help differentiate the symptoms,which is the distinguish the type of syndrome by qi-awaiting;In the literature of Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion,it is mentioned that the qi under the needle is different before the needle is inserted,after the needle is inserted,and before the needle is discharged.By sensing and distinguishing the qi under the needle,using different acupuncture techniques can achieve exorcism and strengthening of the body.Through the in-depth analysis of the qi-awaiting theory,it has guiding significance for traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and improvement of the efficacyof acupuncture.
