中医筋骨三针疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎经验理论探析

摘　　要：吴汉卿教授发明创新的中医筋骨三针疗法在治疗膝骨性关节炎方面疗效确切,现对其经验进行简要理论探析。吴教授治疗本病按照“以筋为纲,以经为领,以关为守,以结为要,以松为法,以调为治,以气为通,以神为主”的治疗纲领,从经筋论治,运用“三关定位法”辨证循筋选穴,通过筋骨针松解筋结、疏利经筋,以恢复膝关节筋骨平衡,同时在治疗中灵活应用多种针法,以激发经气,增强针感并强调调神导气,达到医患共鸣的状态,从而改善患者症状提高临床疗效。Professor WU Han-qing invented three-needle therapy for tendons and bones in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,which the curative effect is definite.The experience and theory are briefly analyzed.Professor WU treats this disease according to'take the tendon as the key,take the meridian as the gist,take the pass as the guard,take the knot as the key.take the lysis as the rule,take the tone as the cure,take the qi as the pass,take the spirit as the main'.Treatment program,from the reinforcement treatment,using the‘three pass positioning method of syndrome differentiation',through the physique hieroglyphics tendons knot,hydrophobic after reinforcement,to restore the knee joint muscles balance,flexible application in the treatment process a variety of stitch at the same time,in order to stimulate channel qi,enhance the sense of needle,regulate spirit and guide qi,reach the state of resonance between doctors and patients,so as to improve the symptoms of patients and improve clinical efficacy.
