陈氏“三花百草饮”治疗情志相关脾胃病临证举隅

摘　　要：文章介绍陈永灿用“三花百草饮”化裁治疗情志相关脾胃病的经验。陈永灿认为治疗该病本质在于维持气血流通,病机关键在于气机失调,气血怫郁,肝郁脾虚,心神不宁,故以调畅气机、冲和气血、疏肝健脾、养血宁心为治疗大法。陈氏“三花百草饮”全方芳香平和,清润宣通,用之调和气血,行气而不辛燥,散血而不破血。结合两则医案以示“三花百草饮”在情志相关脾胃病中的应用。Experience in the treatment of emotion related spleen and stomach diseases with‘Sanhua Baicao Decoction'is introduced.CHEN Yong-can thinks the essence of treating this disease is to maintain the circulation of qi and blood.The key pathogenesis of emotion related spleen and stomach diseases is the disorder of qi activity,qi and blood stasis,liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,disquieted heart-mind.Therefore,regulating qi,invigorating qi and blood,nourishing liver and spleen,nourishing blood and calming the heart are the main treatment methods.CHENs''Sanhua Baicao Decoction'is fragrant and gentle,pure and moist,with the regulation of qi and blood,motivating flow of qi but not pungent indiscriminately,dispersing blood but not broken.The application of‘Sanhua Baicao Decoction'in the emotion related spleen and stomach is listed in the following twomedical cases.
