论肿瘤的“四重”防治思想

摘　　要：李灿东教授认为肿瘤的核心病机是“郁、痰、瘀、虚”,临床防治疾病强调“四重”思想:重整体,强调“五辨”;重邪正,提出“蘑菇”理论;重防治,提倡“留人治病”;重调摄,建议“饮食宜忌”。文章通过阐发李灿东教授肿瘤“四重”防治思想,以期对临床肿瘤的防治具有指导意义。In the diagnosis and treatment of cancer,professor LI Can-dong thought that'depression,phlegm,blood stasis and deficiency'was the core pathogenesis of cancer,and advocated‘four focus':Emphasizing the whole,attaching importance to‘five differentiation';Emphasizing evil and righteousness,putting forward the mushroom theory;Emphasizing prevention and treatment,advocating'leaving people to treat diseases';Emphasizing cultivate,proposaling'diet bogey and appropriate'.This article was elucidated that professor LI Can-dong's thought of‘four focus'prevention and treatment of tumor was of significance in guiding the prevention and treatment of clinical tumor.
