从脾论治小儿肠病难症经验

摘　　要：脾胃为后天之本,小儿脾胃功能健全是机体生理功能完备的基础。汪受传教授认为儿童肠道疾病的发生与小儿脾胃功能受损密切相关,提出辨证治疗小儿肠道疾病以调理脾胃为第一要务,常用温、清、补、运等治法。通过列举温运脾阳法治疗小儿迁延性腹泻,燥湿清肠法治疗真菌性肠炎,补脾助运法治疗先天性巨结肠术后短肠综合征,益气凉血法治疗溃疡性结肠炎验案四则,介绍汪教授灵活应用调理脾胃诸法治疗小儿肠病难症的临证经验,供同道参考。The spleen and stomach are the foundation of acquired constitution.The sound function of spleen and stomach in children is the basis of complete physiological function of the body.Professor WANG Shou-chuan opined that the occurrence of intestinal diseases in children is closely related to the impaired spleen and stomach function in children,and puts forward that regulating the spleen and stomach is the first priority in the treatment of children's intestinal diseases based on syndrome differentiation,and the treatment methods such as warming,clearing,tonifying and transporting are commonly used.By enumerating four cases of treatment of infantile persistent diarrhea,fungal enteritis,postoperative short bowel syndrome of Hirschsprung's disease and ulcerative colitis,professor WANG's clinical experience in the flexible application of various methods of regulating spleen and stomach in the treatment of difficult intestinal disease in children is introduced to provide the reference for thefellow.
