摘　　要：《尘肺病中医证候诊断标准》是在中华中医药学会支持下,由河南中医药大学、河南中医药大学第一附属医院牵头制定的尘肺病证候诊断标准。研制组根据所提出的证候诊断标准建立的思路与方法及关键技术环节,采用医学统计、数据挖掘及德尔菲法等方法,制定了《尘肺病中医证候诊断标准》并进行验证。旨在为尘肺病的证候诊断与临床疗效评价提供参考,并为进一步开展中医药辨治尘肺病的临床研究奠定基础。The Diagnostic Criteria of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation for Pneumoconiosis Standard was led by Henan University of Chinese Medicine and the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine with the support of the China Association of Chinese Medicine.According to the thoughts and methods,key technical links of the proposed syndrome diagnosis standard,the Diagnostic Criteria of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation for Pneumoconiosis Standard were formulated and verified by using the methods and technologies of medical statistics,data mining,and Delphi method.The purpose is to provide reference for syndrome diagnosis and clinical efficacy evaluation of pneumoconiosis,and to lay a foundation for further clinical research on syndrome differentiation and treatment of pneumoconiosis with Chinese medicine.
