芍药苷治疗神经系统疾病药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：神经系统疾病(抑郁症、阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病、多发性硬化症等)已成为威胁人类心身健康的重大疾病,虽然病机尚未完全阐明,但中医药防治神经系统疾病已获得了一定的进展。芍药是中医治疗神经系统疾病的重要药物组成之一,含有多种活性成分,芍药苷是主要药效成分。目前,已有大量研究报道了芍药苷具有较好的神经保护作用。文章对芍药苷的神经保护作用机制进行梳理,总结得出芍药苷可以抗氧化、调控自噬、抑制炎症、调节免疫、防止细胞凋亡、刺激血管生成。因此,基于芍药苷的药理作用,推测其在未来可能作为神经系统疾病的潜在新药。Nervous system diseases(depression,Alzheimer's disease,Parkinson's disease,multiple sclerosis,etc.)have become major diseases that threaten the physical and mental health of human beings.Although the pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated,traditional Chinese medicine has made some progress in the prevention and treatment of nervous system diseases.Paeonia lactiflora pall is one of the important components of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of nervous system diseases.It contains a variety of active ingredients,and paeoniflorin is the main active ingredient.At present,a large number of studies have reported that paeoniflorin has a good neuroprotective effect.In this paper,the neuroprotective mechanism of paeoniflorin was sorted out,and it was concluded that paeoniflorin could resist oxidation,regulate autophagy,inhibit infammation,regulate immunity,prevent apoptosis and stimulate angiogenesis.Therefore,paeoniflorin may serve as a potential new drug for nervous system related diseases in the future because of its pharmacological effect.
