摘 要:目的:“发汗”是麻花艽产地加工中一种特殊的处理方式,明确麻花艽“发汗”加工的必要性,以及不同“发汗”药垛高度和不同“发汗”时长对青海产地麻花艽有效成分含量的影响,为麻花艽药材的“发汗”加工提供参考。方法:采用HPLC指纹图谱技术对“发汗”和不“发汗”麻花艽中5种有效成分进行指纹图谱分析和含量测定。结果:HPLC指纹图谱分析发现“发汗”与不“发汗”的麻花艽药材之间相似度≥0.998,二者指纹图谱相似度较高,整体化学成分较相似;药垛高度为75 cm的“发汗”药材有效成分含量高于不“发汗”药材和其他药垛高度“发汗”药材;“发汗”72 h干燥药材有效成分含量高于其他“发汗”时长处理药材。结论:麻花艽“发汗”产地加工方法具有科学性,堆置“发汗”的药垛高度对麻花艽有效成分含量有影响,建议麻花艽“发汗”加工时药垛高度以75 cm为宜,青海产地麻花艽最佳“发汗”时长为72 h。Objective:To clarify the necessity of‘sweating'processing of Gentiana straminea Maxim.and the effect of different stack height and time of‘sweating'on the content of effective components in Gentiana straminea Maxim.from Qinghai,and to provide reference for the‘sweating'processing of Gentiana straminea Maxim..Methods:HPLC was used to analyze the fingerprints and determine the content of 5 active components in‘sweating'and‘non-sweating'Gentiana straminea Maxim..Results:HPLC fingerprint analysis showed that the similarity between‘sweating'and‘non-sweating'was greater than 0.998,indicating that the fingerprint similarity was high and the overall chemical composition was similar.The content of effective components in the‘sweaty'sample with the stack height of 75 cm was higher than that in the‘non-sweaty'sample and other‘sweaty'samples.The content of active components in the samples after 72 h of‘sweating'was higher than that of the samples treated with other ‘sweating'time.Conclusion:The processing method of‘sweating'of Gentiana straminea Maxim.is scientific.The stack height of‘sweating'has a significant effect on the content of effective components in Gentiana straminea Maxim..It is suggested that the stack height should not be less than 75 cm and the optimal‘sweating'time should be 72 h in the processing of‘sweating'of Gentiana straminea Maxim.from Qinghai.
