活血消痰方联合嗓音训练治疗喉白斑临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察口服活血消痰方联合嗓音训练治疗喉白斑(LL)的临床疗效。方法:将2019年3月至2021年3月在江苏省中医院就诊的30例LL患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组15例。治疗组口服活血消痰方联合嗓音训练。对照组施行喉白斑撕剥手术治疗。比较两组在喉白斑范围变化及疗效、嗓音指标谐噪比(HNR)、嗓音障碍指数(VHI-10)以及不良反应之间的差异。结果:治疗后,两组患者喉白斑均显著消退,但组间比较,疗效差异无统计学意义。治疗4、8周后,与治疗前比较,两组患者嗓音HNR显著提高(P<0.05),VHI-10评分显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组嗓音HNR与VHI-10评分均优于同期对照组(P<0.05),治疗组不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:口服活血消痰方联合嗓音训练可以显著改善LL患者症状、体征及生活质量,且安全性更高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of taking Huoxue Xiaotan Formula and voice training in the treatment of laryngeal leukoplakia(LL).Methods:A total of 30 LL patients treated in Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to March 2021 were divided into treatment group and control group,15 patients in each group.Treatment group patients taken Huoxue Xiaotan Formula and voice training,while control group were performed with leukoplakia dilaceration.The difference of LL range changes and efficacy,voice index harmony-to-noise ratio(HNR),voice handicap index-10(VHI-10)and adverse reactions between two groups were compared.Results:After treatments,two groups LL range both reduced obviously,with no obvious difference between two groups.After 4 weeks and 8 weeks treatments,two groups voice HNR both increased obviously(P<0.05)and VHI-10 scores decreased obviously(P<0.05).Treatment group voice HNR and VHI-10 scores were better than that in the control group(P<0.05),with fewer adverse reaction incidents(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taking Huoxue Xiaotan Formula with voice training can obviously relieve LL patients'symptoms and signs,improve living quality,withhighersafety.
