中药足部熏洗治疗芭蕾舞演员陈旧性踝关节扭伤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药足部熏洗治疗芭蕾舞演员陈旧性踝关节扭伤的临床疗效。方法:60例芭蕾舞演员陈旧性踝关节扭伤患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例在常规手法治疗后加用中药足部熏洗,对照组30例单用常规手法治疗。以症状及舞蹈表现质量评分、踝关节评分为疗效指标进行临床观察。结果:两组弹跳能力、踝关节功能、踝关节疼痛、踝关节压痛、Iowa踝关节评分指标分布情况在治疗后某些访视点中,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组踝关节疼痛、踝关节压痛等症状显著缓解(P<0.05),弹跳能力、踝关节功能、踝关节评分显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:中药足部熏洗联合常规手法治疗芭蕾舞演员陈旧性踝关节扭伤,可改善踝关节评分、减轻临床症状,提高舞蹈表现质量。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of herbal fumigation foot treatment on balletists'chronic ankle sprain.Methods:Sixty cases of balletists'chronic ankle sprain were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(30 cases)was treated with herbal fumigation foot treatment after conventional manipulation,while the control group(30 cases)was treated with conventional manipulation alone.The scores of symptoms and the qualities of dance performances,and the ankle scores were used as efficacy indexes for clinical observations.Results:The distributions of jumping ability,ankle function,ankle pain,ankle tenderness,Iowa ankle scores were significantly different after treatment in the treatment group and control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the symptoms of ankle pain and ankle tenderness in the treatment group were significantly alleviated(P<0.05),and the jumping ability,ankle function,ankle score were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:Herbal fumigation foot treatment combined with conventional manipulation in the treatments on balletists'chronic ankle sprain can improve ankle scores,alleviate clinical symptoms,and improve the quality of dance performance.
