摘　　要：党的二十大提出“要坚持深化改革开放,着力破解深层次体制机制障碍,不断彰显中国特色社会主义制度优势。”二十届二中全会审议通过了《党和国家机构改革方案》,对深化体制机制改革作出具体部署,其中一个重要方面就是深化金融体制改革。本文在回顾总结近十年中国金融体制改革取得的主要成就和当前面临的主要问题基础上,试图进一步厘清社会主义金融与资本主义金融,金融强国与实业强国,金融结构调整与金融高质量发展,混业经营与混业监管,金融开放与金融安全等概念之间的辩证关系,为持续深化金融体制改革提供一些理论上的思考与借鉴。At the 2Oth National Congress of the CPC,it was proposed that"We should continue to deepen reform and opening up,strive to break down deep-seated institutional barriers,and constantly highlight the advantages of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics."The Second Plenary Session of the 2Oth Central Commitee deliberated and adopted the"Plan for the Reform of the Party and State Institutions",which made specific arrangements for deepening the reform of institutional mechanisms.One important aspect is deepening the reform of the financial system.On the basis of reviewing and summarizing the main achieve-ments and problems of China's financial system reform in the past decade,this paper attempts to further clarify the dialectical relationship between socialist finance and capitalist finance,financial power and industrial power,financial restructuring and highquality financial development,mixed operation and mixed supervision,financial opening-up and financial security.It provides some theoretical thinking and reference for the continuous deepening of financial system reform.
