双通道函数信号发生器相位差校准方法及不确定度评定

摘　　要：目前函数信号发生器检定规程未详细列出双通道函数信号发生器相位差的校准方法,因此文章介绍了函数信号发生器低频信号相位差校准的三种测试方法:相位计法、通用计数器法、数字示波器法。通过实验计算及函数拟合分析,列出了三种方法的测试结果,并对相位计法测试结果的不确定度进行了分析,为双通道函数信号发生器及任意波发生器相位差的校准提供了参考。At present,Verification regulation of function signal generator do not list the calibration method of the phase difference of the dual-channel function generator in detail.Therefore,this paper introduces three methods for calibrating the phase difference of the low-frequency signal:the phase meter method,the universal counter method and digital oscilloscope method.Through experiments calculation and function fitting analysis,this pa-per lists the test results of the three methods,and evaluates the uncertainty of phase meter method,which pro-vides a reference for the calibration of the phase difference of the two-channel function generator and the arbi-trarywave generator.
