我国精致农业发展路径的探索与启示

摘　　要：发展精致农业是实现农业现代化的重要途径,对其研究具有重要意义。利用文献梳理和归纳总结的方法,从影响精致农业发展的要素出发,对发展精致农业较为成熟的地区与我国内地地区进行比较,发现目前对于精致农业的研究主要集中在借鉴日本、中国台湾等地区的发展政策以对内地地区提出政策建议这一方面,但是存在提出的建议未与本地实际情况紧密结合的现象。最后指出完善我国内地地区的新型职业农民培育和农业社会服务体系、明晰土地流转的效绩评价指标、对不同经营模式的投入产出进行深入比较、关注精致农业的产业集群现象是未来研究的关注点。Developing refined agriculture is an important way to realize agricultural modernization,which is of great significance to its research.In this paper,by means of literature review and summary,from the factors affecting the development of refined agriculture,the more mature areas of refined agriculture and the mainland of China were compared.It is found that the current research on fine agriculture mainly focuses on drawing lessons from the development policies of Japan,Taiwan and other regions to put forward policy suggestions for the mainland,but there is a phenomenon that the proposed suggestions are not closely combined with the local actual situation.Finally,it is pointed out that the future research should focus on improving the cultivation of new professional farmers and agricultural social service system in China's Mainland,clarifying the performance evaluation indexes of land transfer,making an in-depth comparison of the input-output of different business models,and paying attention to the phenomenon of industrial clusters in fine agriculture.
