摘　　要：目的:研究焦点解决模式对胚胎植入前遗传学诊断/筛查患者负性情绪及希望水平的影响。方法:选取2019年11月至2020年11月在本院胚胎植入前拟行遗传学诊断/筛查的80例患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽签方式将其分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,对照组采取常规护理方案,观察组在对照组基础上采用焦点解决模式,比较两组护理满意度,比较两组护理前后负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)]、Herth希望量表(HHI)评分,另比较两组妊娠结局。结果:观察组护理满意度为92.50%,显著高于对照组的72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后SAS、SDS评分显著低于护理前及对照组,CD-RISC水平显著高于护理前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后积极行为、行为态度、亲密关系得分显著高于护理前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较两组妊娠成功率、流产率、活产率,观察组成功率、活产率比对照组高,观察组流产率比对照组低。结论:焦点解决模式对胚胎植入前遗传学诊断/筛查患者负性情绪及希望水平的改善有较高价值,建议后期加大样本数量,再行统计。Objective:To investigate the effects of focus resolution patterns on negative emotions and hope levels in patients with preimplantation genetic diagnosis/screening.Methods:A total of 80 patients who planned to undergo genetic diagnosis/screening before embryo implantation in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the way of drawing lot,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing plan,and the observation group was given focus solution mode on the basis of the control group.Nursing satisfaction,negative emotions[SAS,SDS,CD-RISC]and Herth Hope Scale(HHI)scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were also compared.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(92.50%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group after nursing were significantly lower than those before nursing and control group,and the level of CD-RISC in the observation group was significantly higher than that before nursing and control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of positive behavior,behavior attitude and intimate relationship in the observation group after nursing were significantly higher than those before nursing and the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pregnancy success rate,abortion rate and live birth rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Focused resolution model is of high value in improving negative emotion and hope level of patients with preimplantation genetic diagnosis/screening.
