摘 要:目的:分析口腔运动护理干预对早产儿管饲喂养过渡至完全经口喂养时间、住新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)时间、新生儿神经行为测定(NBNA)评分(行为能力、被动肌张力、主动肌张力、原始反射、一般反应)、脑干听觉诱发电位(潜伏期、峰间期)的影响。方法:选取本院NICU 2019年1月至2022年2月收治的90例早产儿为研究对象,利用随机数字表法分为两组各45例。对照组采取传统早产儿护理模式,观察组实施口腔运动护理干预,1个月后比较两组患儿护理效果差异。结果:观察组的管饲喂养过渡至完全经口喂养时间、住NICU时间短于对照组,护理后的NBNA评分高于对照组,脑干听觉诱发电位低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口腔运动护理干预有助于促进早产儿神经发育,缩短其管饲喂养过渡至完全经口喂养时间、住NICU时间,值得临床使用。Objective:To analyze the effects of oral exercise nursing intervention on preterm infants transitioning from tube feeding to full oral feeding,time in neonatal intensive care unit(NICU),neonatal neurobehavioral assessment(NBNA)score(behavioral ability,passive muscle tone),active muscle tone,primitive reflexes,general responses),brainstem auditory evoked potentials(latency,interpeak).Methods:A total of 90 premature infants admitted to NICU in our hospital from January 2019 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups with 45 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was given the traditional nursing mode for premature infants,and the observation group was given oral exercise nursing intervention.After 1 month,the nursing effect of the two groups of children was compared.Results:The time of transition from tube feeding to complete oral feeding and the duration of stay in NICU in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the NBNA score after nursing was higher than that of the control group,and the brainstem auditory evoked potential was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral exercise nursing intervention can help to promote the neurodevelopment of premature infants,shorten the transition from tube feeding to full oral feeding,and the time spent in NICU,which is worthy of promotion.
