女性精神疾病患者康复护理中的语言沟通与心理护理分析

摘　　要：目的:分析语言沟通与心理护理在女性精神疾病患者康复护理中的作用。方法:对84例女性精神疾病患者进行研究,均于2019年10月至2021年10月就诊,经抽签法均分,对照组42例用常规护理,观察组42例在对照组基础上联合使用语言沟通与心理护理,两组均干预3个月,对比护理成效。结果:观察组依从性更高,组间对比有差异(P<0.05);患者护理前,指标对比无明显差异(P>0.05),观察组护理后心理状态、精神状态和攻击行为评分更低,生活质量总分更高(P<0.05)。结论:在女性精神疾病患者康复护理中予以语言沟通与心理护理,可提高依从性,对心理状态和精神状态均有改善作用,患者攻击行为明显减少,可改善生活质量。Objective:To analyze the role of language communication and psychological nursing in the rehabilitation nursing of female patients with mental diseases.Methods:84 female patients with mental diseases were studied.They were treated from October 2019 to October 2021.They were divided equally by lot.42 cases in the control group were treated with routine nursing,and 42 cases in the observation group were treated with language communication and psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.Both groups were intervened for 3 months to compare the nursing effect.Results:The compliance of the observation group was higher,and there was difference between the groups(P<0.05);Before nursing,there was no difference in indexes(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of psychological state,mental state and aggressive behavior in the observation group were lower,and the total score of quality of life was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Language communication and psychological nursing in the rehabilitation nursing of female patients with mental diseases can improve compliance,improve their mental state and mental state,significantly reduce their aggressive behavior and improve their quality of life.
