摘  要:针对原有甲酸铬生产过程中结晶时间长、劳动强度大、作业环境差、质量不稳定、收率低的问题,将过去甲酸铬生产好后静置自然结晶、人工挖料离心、人工装盘烘料的形式,优化生产过程中结晶和烘干工艺,改为在反应结束后将含有甲酸铬晶体的母液加到反应生成液中,通过二次成核的非均相成核过程,加上搅拌过程中晶体碰撞所产生的微小晶体的诱导下,使甲酸铬晶体成核均匀。结果表明晶核生成和晶体生长速度快,在很短的时间内结晶完全,收率高,然后直接放料离心。同时通过旋风闪蒸干燥的办法进行烘干,确保水分稳定。通过上述工艺优化,减轻劳动强度、减少环境污染、降低职业危害、提高收率、保证产品的质量稳定,提高经济效益。In view of the problems of long crystallization time,high labor intensity,poor working environment,unstable quality and low yield in the original chromium formate production process,the crystallization and drying process in the production process was optimized in the form of static natural crystallization,manual excavation and centrifugation,and manual loading and drying after the production of chromium formate in the past.Based on optimizing,the mother liquor containing chromium formate crystals was added to the reaction solution after the reaction.Through the heterogeneous nucleation process of secondary nucleation and the induction of microcrystals generated by crystal collision during stirringthe,the nucleation of chromium formate crystals was uniform.The results show that the nucleation and crystal growth rate is fast,the chromium can crystallize completly in a short time,and the yield is high.After that,Chromium formate crystal can discharge and centrifugal directly.At the same time,drying by cyclone flash drying method to ensure moisture stability.Through the above process optimization,enterprises can reduce labor intensity,reduce environmental pollution,reduce occupational hazards,improve yield,ensure product quality and stability and improve economic efficiency.
