摘  要:介绍了山东东营某炼化公司20万t/a UOP Oleflex异丁烷脱氢装置的工艺简介及更换脱氢反应主催化剂后装置开工过程和标定结果。从反应器总温降、反应器总压力降、催化剂转化率与选择性、粉尘生成量、催化剂再生部分等方面做了分析总结。通过对两次装置检维修作业的总结分析,检修时对反应器和再生器的约翰逊网进行清理和修补,保证了装置的长周期稳定运行;通过对冷箱的二次改造,提高了C4烷烯烃和氢气的分离效果,使装置的加工能力提高至100%以上;通过C5和循环碳四流程改造,实现了C5纯度提升和二甲醚脱除率的提高,助力装置效益提升和稳定运行;通过更换使用特殊材质和形式的福莱西高温垫片,科学的法兰紧固方案解决了高温密封泄露的问题。对工艺流程及工艺操作参数的优化改造进行了分析总结。The process flow,after first changing main catalyst for dehydrogenation reactions start-up and calibration of a 200 kt/a isobutane dehydrogenation plant using Oleflex process are introduced.The operation of the unit is summarized in terms of total temperature drop of reactor,pressure drop of reactor,catalyst conversion and selectivity,dust production and operation of regeneration system.Through two plant operations,the Johnson screen of the reactor and regenerator was cleaned and repaired,ensuring the stable operation of the long cycle of the unit.Through the modification of the cold box,the separation efficiency of hydrogen and C4 paraffin was gradually improved,and the processing load of the unit was increased to more than 100%.Through the transformation of C5 and circulating carbon four processes,the purity of C5 and the removal rate of dimethyl ether were improved,and the benefit of the device was improved and the stable operation was achieved.By replacing the use of special materials and forms of Flexitallic high temperature gaskets,the scientific flange fastening solution solves the problem of high temperature seal leakage.The optimization and transformation of the process flow and process operation parameters are analyzed and summarized.
