摘　　要：颜料中间体生产废水处理工程采用“微电解-芬顿氧化-ABR厌氧-BAC好氧”工艺,对废水中的COD_(Cr)、NH_3-N等具有良好的去除效果。通过对业主方轮动性生产造成的废水超标问题进行分析排查解决,最终确定使用PACT技术进行优化,投加量按照15 d的试验确定“处理容量”对应碳量,形成高密度的活性炭污泥系统,出水水质一直优于污水综合排放标准(GB 8978—1996)二级排放标准。The treatment project for pigment intermediate wastewater adopts the process of"microelectrolysis-Fenton oxidation-ABR anaerobic-BAC aerobic",which can effectively remove COD,ammonia nitrogen and others in wastewater.The problem of wastewater exceeding standard caused by the owner's wheel dynamic production has been analysed and investigated,the PACT technology is finally determined to use for optimize,the amount of carbon corresponding to the"treatment capacity"was determined according to the 15 d test,forming a high-density activated carbon sludge system,and the effluent water was discharged on condition that its quality met the requirement of grade 2 in GB 8978—1996 Integrated wastewater discharge standard.
