影响炼油厂气体分馏装置丙烯产量的原因分析

摘　　要：大庆宏伟庆化石油化工有限公司现有45t/a气体分馏装置及14t/a甲基叔丁基醚合成装置,主要加工任务为上游裂解装置生产的气分原料及外购混合碳四,联合装置安全平稳生产8年,在日常生产管理过程中出现过影响丙烯产量等生产疑难问题,在日积月累的总结经验过程中得到有效解决,保证了装置安全平稳运行及产品质量指标高效完成,现将生产中影响丙烯产量问题进行总结,并相应制定落实整改优化措施。Daqing Hongwei Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.has a 45t/a gas fractionation unit and a 14t/a methyl tert butyl ether synthesis unit,The main processing tasks are gas separation raw materials produced by the upstream cracking unit and purchased mixed C4,The combined unit has been operating safely and stably for 8 years.During the daily production management process,there have been difficult problems affecting propylene production,It has been effectively solved in the process of accumulating experience over the years,It ensures the safe and stable operation of the device and the efficient completion of product quality indicators,The problems affecting propylene output in production are summarized,and corresponding rectification and optimization measures are formulated and implemented.
