天然气往复式压缩机进口配件国产化的探讨与应用

摘　　要：往复式压缩机作为天然气输配过程中的一种核心关键设备,已普遍应用于天然气场站,但其核心配件依然依赖进口。因进口配件购买周期长、费用高、供货周期不稳定等因素影响了以往复式压缩机为核心设备的场站的正常运行,使得企业经济效益受损。鉴于此,对往复式压缩机常见的易损配件为研究对象,以现场拆机情况为依据确定研究内容,通过现场数据测绘进行图纸设计和配件加工,最终实现进口配件国产化的经济效益和社会效益。Reciprocating compressor,as a core key equipment in the process of natural gas transmission and distribution,has been widely used in natural gas stations,but its core accessories still rely on imports.Long purchase cycle,high cost,unstable supply cycle and other factors of imported accessories have affected the normal operation of the station with the core equipment of the former duplex compressor,which has damaged the economic benefits of the enterprise.In view of this,this paper first takes the common vulnerable parts of reciprocating compressor as the research goal,determines the research content based on the on-site disassembly situation,conducts drawing design and parts processing through on-site data mapping,and finally realizes the economic and social benefits of localization of imported parts.
