摘　　要：随着液化天然气(LNG)国际贸易进口量的快速增长,作为LNG产业链的贸易计量和品质分析也变得越来越重要。详细阐述国内LNG接收站内贸易交接计量整个流程,并介绍了贸易交接计量系统(CTMS计量系统)、在线取样系统和色谱分析技术。在LNG进口贸易交接中,LNG接收站与不同托运商签署贸易计量交接协议,对贸易过程中可能存计量纠纷进行约束,如CTMS系统故障、采样失败,样品不具代表性,样品未留存等提出相应的实施方案。With the rapid growth of international trade imports of liquefied natural gas(LNG),the trade measurement and quality analysis of LNG industry chain have become more and more important.In this thesis,the whole process of trade handover measurement in domestic LNG receiving stations is described in detail,and the trade handover measurement system(CTMS measurement system),online sampling system and chromatographic analysis technology are introduced.In the LNG import trade handover,the LNG receiving station signed the trade measurement handover agreement with different consigners to restrict the possible measurement disputes in the trade process,such as CTMS system failure,sampling failure,unrepresentative samples,samples not retained,and so on,and give the corresponding implementation plan..
