摘  要:基于动态岩屑床模型,建立了考虑井眼清洁的长水平井井筒钻井液当量循环密度(ECD)计算方法,分析了机械钻速(ROP)和泵排量对岩屑分布的影响,以及岩屑堆积对井筒ECD的影响。结果表明,环空岩屑床厚度随着机械钻速的增大而增大,在环空返速不变的情况下,ECD会同步增大;增大泵排量能提高井眼清洁程度,井眼清洁程度较差时,小排量钻进也会导致环空ECD过大。Based on the dynamic cuttings bed model,a long horizontal well ECD calculation method considering well cleaning is established.The influence of ROP and pump rate on cuttings distribution and the influence of cuttings accumulation on wellbore ECD are analyzed.The results show that the thickness of the annulus cuttings bed increases with the increase of the ROP,and the ECD increases synchronously under the condition that the annular return rate remains unchanged.Increasing the pump rate can improve the cleanliness of the hole,but when the cleanliness of the hole is poor,the annular ECD can be too large due to small displacement drilling.
