摘  要:针对聚丙烯树脂产品等规指数的测定推荐标准GB/T2412—2008存在的分析时间较长,分析所用试剂多等缺点,研究了核磁共振仪测定聚丙烯粉料等规指数的方法。核磁共振法的重复性极差为0.15%;将核磁共振法与萃取法进行了比较,平均相对误差为0.33%,测定时间2.5h,且不用任何试剂。采用核磁共振法可以用于聚丙烯粉料生产中控分析,提高分析的时效性。In view of the shortcomings of GB/T2412-2008,the recommended standard for the determination of isotactic index of polypropylene resin products,such as long analysis time and many reagents used in the analysis,a method for the determination of isotactic index of polypropylene powder by nuclear magnetic resonance instrument was studied.The repeatability range of NMR method is 0.15%.The NMR method was compared with extraction method.The mean relative error was 0.33%and the determination time was 2.5 hours without any reagent.The nuclear magnetic method can be used in the analysis of polypropylene powder production and improve the timeliness of the analysis.
