摘  要:海上油田低效井槽侧钻作业在持续增产稳产过程中发挥着不可替代的作用,针对低效井槽再利用过程中,在应对钻机设备能力差、井眼轨迹复杂、环空间隙小、地层易失稳等工程问题情况下,通过采用井眼轨迹精细控制、随钻扩眼技术、钻井液井壁稳定性提升以及旋转下尾管工艺等系列技术措施,降低了尾管下入过程中的阻卡风险,提升尾管下入成功率,为钻井安全作业提供保障。对井眼轨迹精细控制、随钻扩眼作业、井壁稳定控制以及旋转下尾管工艺的现场操作进行了经验总结提炼,对小井眼下尾管作业具有一定的指导借鉴意义。The sidetracking operation of inefficient well slots in offshore oil fields plays an irreplaceable role in the process of continuous production increase and stability.In this paper,in the process of reusing inefficient well slots,in response to engineering problems such as poor drilling equipment capacity,complex well path,small annular space gap,and formation instability,a series of technical measures such as fine control of well path,reaming while drilling technology,drilling fluid wall stability improvement,and rotary liner lowering technology are adopted,It reduces the risk of jamming during liner running,improves the success rate of liner running,and provides guarantee for safe drilling operation.This paper summarizes and refines the experience of fine control of wellbore trajectory,reaming while drilling,wellbore stability control and on-site operation of rotary liner running technology,which has certain guidance and reference significance for slim hole liner operation.
