摘  要:在套管井完井过程中,射孔作为沟通油井井筒与产层的主要方式,是作业过程中非常关键的一环。在实际作业过程中,由于地层出砂、井斜原因、压差吸附、枪管及套管间隙小等原因,多次发生射孔后遇卡、无法正常提活管柱的复杂情况。同时,受制于射孔管柱的复杂性及特殊性,管柱一旦遇卡后续处理难度大,造成工程进度延期,严重时会导致井筒报废。针对此类井下事故,通过对渤海油田常用射孔方式、管柱结构、典型卡枪事故及处理过程进行深入的分析及研究,提出射孔管柱遇卡后现场判断、处理及预防措施,希望对后续此类复杂情况处理具有指导意义。In the process of casing well completion,perforating,as the main way to communicate the well bore and production layer,is a key link in the operation process.In the actual operation process,due to factors such as sand production in the formation,well deviation,differential pressure adsorption,small clearance between gun barrel and casing,the complex situation of sticking after perforation and failure to normally lift the string occurred many times.At the same time,due to the complexity and particularity of the perforation string,once the string is sticking,it is difficult to solve,it will delay the progress of the project and even lead to the abandonment of the well.In view of such down hole accidents,the article puts forward the on-site judgment,treatment and prevention measures after the perforation string gets stuck through in-depth analysis and research on the common perforation methods,string structure,typical gun jamming accidents and treatment process in Bohai Oilfield,hoping to have guiding significance for the subsequent treatment of such complex situations.
