中压变频技术在挤压造粒机组中的应用研究

摘　　要：在聚烯烃树脂颗粒的生产过程中,需要对挤压造粒机组的熔融泵转速进行精确地控制。介绍了2种主流中压变频器在中韩石化4套挤压造粒机组中的应用情况,对比分析了它们的主电路拓扑结构和特点,为中高压电机变频调速系统的选型和改造提供了参考。In the production process of polyolefin resin particles,it is necessary to precisely control the speed of melt pump in extrusion granulating unit.This paper introduces the application of two kinds of mainstream medium voltage converters in four sets of extrusion granulating units of Sinopec-SK(Wuhan)Petrochemical Company Limited.And then it compares and analyzes their main circuit topologies and characteristics in order to provide references for selection and renovation of the frequency-variable speed-adjustable system of the medium and high voltage motor.
