摘　　要：催化裂化装置外取热器正常生产时发现外部有热点,并且筒体外壁有豆粒般大小的穿孔,携带催化剂的烟气泄漏,紧急采用加短节堵漏。通过泄漏状态对比分析,采取相应的措施进行处理,保证了设备高效、安全运行,为今后的设备运行缺陷处理提供了指导意见。During normal production of the external heat exchanger of the catalytic cracking unit,it is found that there is a hot spot outside,and the outer wall of the cylinder has a hole as big as a bean grain,and the flue gas carrying catalyst leaks,so it is urgent to use a short joint to plug the leak.In this paper,through comparative analysis of the leakage status,corresponding measures are taken to deal with it,ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the equipment,and providing guidance for the treatment of equipment operation defects in the future.
