学生档案去向查询功能的创新实践

摘　　要：学生档案去向查询功能要实现传统模式向新模式的转变。原来的学生档案去向查询功能主要供毕业生查询档案是否在校,以及查询档案接收单位、接收单位地址、接收单位邮编、收件人、收件电话,还有快递单号、转递日期等内容。新版学生档案查询功能则通过增加显示归档记录、归档细目和新生档案比对结果,将使用人的范围由毕业生扩大到毕业生和在校生,让全体学生对自己档案的完整性有知情权,促使在校生自动补充相应材料,并让毕业生提醒辅导员及时归档。The function of student file destination query should realize the transformation from traditional mode to new mode.The original student file destination query function is mainly used for graduates to query whether the file is in school,as well as the file receiving unit,the receiving unit address,the receiving unit zip code,the recipient,the receiving telephone number,as well as the express order number,the transmission date and so on.The new version of student file query function expands the scope of users from graduates to graduates and students by adding the display of filing records,filing details and freshman file comparison results,so that all students have the right to know the integrity of their files,and urge students to automatically supplement corresponding materials,so that graduates remind Counselors to file in time.
