化工企业职业卫生安全管理体系的构建

摘　　要：化工是一种特殊行业,相较于其他行业,生产活动中存在一定的安全隐患,主要是因为生产原料多为易燃易爆、有毒有害的化学物质,加之高温高压作业环境,很容易出现安全问题。长期在此种环境下工作,会有个别工作人员的身体健康不可避免地会受到影响,患上职业病,对于化工企业以及整体行业发展均有着负面影响。因此,结合化工企业特性,建立完善的职业卫生安全管理体系很有必要,有助于做好职业防护,最大程度上保障工作人员生命健康安全。文章就化工企业的职业卫生安全展开分析,提出合理化措施以推动管理体系构建完善。Chemical industry is a special industry,compared with other industries,there are certain safety risks in production activities,mainly because the production of raw materials are flammable and explosive,toxic and harmful chemical substances,coupled with high temperature and high pressure working environment,it is easy to appear safety problems.Working in this environment for a long time,the health of the staff is inevitably affected,suffering from occupational diseases,which has a negative impact on the development of chemical enterprises and the overall industry.Therefore,combined with the characteristics of chemical enterprises,it is necessary to establish a perfect occupational health and safety management system,which is helpful to do a good job of occupational protection and ensure the life safety of staff to the greatest extent.This paper analyzes the occupational health and safety of chemical enterprises,and puts forward rationalization measures to promote the establishment and improvement of the management system.
