摘 要:文章以海上油田一口井的井下油水分离工艺设计为例,研究了井下油水分离系统结构及工作原理,从机理研究出发,采用节点和系统分析方法,形成了海上油田电潜泵井下油水分离回注系统参数设计方法。通过现场试验,降低了井口含水率,同时减少了产出水的地面水处理费用,降低了开发成本,为一井多用工艺参数设计提供了参考意义。Taking the design of the downhole oil-water separation process for a well in an offshore oilfield as an example,this paper studies the structure and working principle of the downhole oil-water separation system.Starting from the mechanism study,using the node and system analysis method,the paper forms the parameter design method of the downhole oil-water separation and reinjection system of the electric submersible pump in the offshore oil field.Through the field test,the wellhead water cut is reduced,the surface water treatment cost of the produced water is reduced,and the development cost is reduced,It provides a reference for the design of multi-purpose process parameters of a well.
